Rubik’s cube solving methods

The Rubik’s Cube is a beautifully looking three dimensional puzzle. It’s a 6 sided different colours are appealing. It appears at a first glance to be easier to solve than what it turns out to be.
You often find that no one else around you can solve this frustrating puzzle.

This then makes the Cube even more of a challenge. Now anyone who can solve it deserves respect.
You then love the challenge of it and desire even more to solve the Cube. A lot of people have managed to solve one side of the Cube which felt like an enjoyable achievement.

We like the uniqueness of the Rubik’s Cube. We know there has never been a puzzle like it before. We envy people who have learnt to solve the Cube, and sometimes want them to teach us how to do so.
I remember when I was at School in the 1980’s and first saw other pupils playing the Rubik’s Cube.

In the first month of this I only saw one girl who managed to solve the Rubik’s Cube.
At that time Rubik’s Cube were on sale at Walworth’s . I’m sure that there were also other stores selling Cubes at that time due to its popularity I son bought a Rubik’s Cube and began playing it.

I enjoyed it so much that I even played on it during School lessons.
Within about two weeks I was able to solve the Cube. I used to solve it in front of other students and they loved watching me.

Within three months of playing on the Rubik’s Cube I could solve it like a whiz kid. I was clocking 27 seconds.Other pupils loved seeing my solving speed. A months prior to this time we all watched a speed cuber by the name of Dan Harris, solve the Rubik’s Cube on TV. He clocked 30 seconds.

At School we discussed his performance and how brilliant he was. More students began to look for the solution to solve the Cube. I managed to help some pupils solve some parts of the Cube.
Outside of School there were also many people playing and talking about the Rubik’s Cube.

I don’t believe any toy will get so much love and attention again.
